1) Do your maintenance agreements cover all my IT equipment?
A) If you want them to, they are tailored to what you require, if that's 1 PC covered or your entire inventory.
2) What hours do you cover?
A) We normally work 9-5 but we can schedule work outside of those hours if needed to avoid disruption.
3) How does the technology fund work?
A) The
technology fund is yours to spend as you see fit, upgrade computers, replace parts, buy smartphones or tablets. Whatever your business needs.
1) How do the fixed price jobs work?
A) We can do certain jobs for a fixed price when the computer is dropped off, and left with us, we can do this because it means we can do more than one thing at a time and therefore brings the price of the job down.
2) Can you offer remote support for home users?
A) Yes, you can purchase remote support hours and then use them to get us to solve your PC problems. This can only be done if the computer is able to start windows and you are able to install some remote support software. If not we'll have to physically see it to help.
